Engstrom Software LLC ("we", "us") is an Oklahoma limited liability company at 1723 S Main St 204, Sapulpa, OK 74066, United States. This policy covers our website and our applications, including Trucker Command Center.
When you create an account we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
Our applications store what you enter in order to do their job — for example trip details, remaining hours-of-service, vehicle measurements, load information and personal preferences. This data belongs to you.
Where an app calculates a route, the addresses or coordinates you provide are sent to our routing provider to return a truck-legal route. We do not continuously track or store your location history.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of subscription status through our billing provider. We never see or store your payment card details.
We use a small number of providers to operate our services: a hosting and database provider for account data, a mapping and routing provider for route calculation, and a subscription management provider for billing. These providers process data only to deliver those functions.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time from within the app or by emailing us, and we will delete your account and associated data. Some records may be retained where required by law.
Certain content is deleted automatically on a schedule described in the relevant app — for example uploaded document photographs.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls so that one user's records cannot be read by another. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.
Our applications are intended for professional adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at ed@engstromsoftware.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in the relevant application.
