Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. To change or cancel a subscription, use your store's subscription settings — on iOS under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and on Android in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app, or by emailing us. Account deletion removes your profile, trip history and saved settings.

A note on accuracy

Trucker Command Center is a planning tool. It does not replace your electronic logging device, your carrier's policies, or your own judgement about clearances, weights and road restrictions. Always verify against your ELD and posted signage.
